Richard Hill
It's fair to say that I am fully immersed in the South Warwickshire property market. I have lived and breathed this beautiful area since 1999 when, with the aid of a £3,000 Prince's Trust loan, I co-founded a company that would grow into one of the largest letting & estate agents in the area.
Having been fortunate to have enjoyed a great deal of success in the last 20 years I wanted to share my wealth of knowledge. After selling Heritage Property in 2015 I concentrated on sourcing land & development opportunities for small to medium-sized property developers, including Castle Homes of Warwick and Space GK.
This new focus combined with a passion for helping people find beautiful homes has ultimately led to the proud creation of Keystone Property Sourcing Consultants in 2021.

When I'm not hunting down the perfect property, I'm chasing perfection in my own home — in the kitchen to be precise. Food, especially Spanish and Asian, is my other big passion. My authentic tortillas are the stuff of legend! So too, the quarterly business lunches I arrange for property professionals — always memorable, often fun and occasionally we even get a deal or two done!
